Description
Alsaahir – Once per day, if you publicly guess which players are Minion(s) and which are Demon(s), good wins.
Interactions
A new public role, similar to a Juggler or a Gossip, which needs other players to help cover for the real one, so if you are good (or evil and want to appear good) make some fake guesses to help hide the real Alsaahir.
Only a single Jinx so far, and one which makes sense. That is with the Vizier, since it makes the job of the Alsaahir much easier if they know a minion straight up, so a minor balance in this case is important. If the Vizier is in play, the Alsaahir must also guess which Demon(s) are in play.
It will be interesting to see how it changes how a Goblin or Psychopath may act, as revealing themselves could end up costing them.
Playing
Be cagey, as this is a role that can insta-win for Good. Make sure others also claim it. Work with others to figure out who might be evil.
When bluffing as evil, if you think you are trusted, pick a team containing your demon to sell them as not that. If you think you’ll be found out, make your guesses to confuse town about why you named those people.
Story Telling
Nothing major to note, except when building a grim and regards to open minions and the Alsaahir. Just, listen and end the game if needed!
Final Thoughts
I have mixed feelings on alternative end-game condition roles. Most are great, others can be frustrating. I feel like this fits well into the former, with each team knowing the stakes and being able to try and play around it where possible.
