The year is quickly coming to an end, but there are still lots of games to be played and fun to be had! This month was the month of charity, where I ran streams for both The Cerebral Palsy Alliance, raising over $2000, and then being involved and kicking off The Trevor Project, where the whole community came together over 24 hours to raise over $16,000! What a month and thank you to everyone for joining in and supporting both these fantastic charities.
Content
Lots of fun videos this month, with so many silly jokes, both in shorts and on stream. I also did some more Murder Masquerade, this time with Arif’s crew, which as always was a barrel of laughs. I even got to be the Inspector, the only person responsible for naming the murderer! Did I do a good job?
My favourite video has to be this one, where someone reskinned Trouble Brewing with cats, and everyone played along with the silly fun in the best way.
Games
52 games, with a pretty even mix of 28 as the Storyteller, a much more reasonable split than last month! There was a lot of in-person gaming this month, starting strong with PAX Aus. I managed just one game, where I got to meet some people IRL for the first time (shoutout to Bebe in the photo!), as well as some fans. But the moment which I will remember forever will be that it was my eldest son’s first game. We were in a Revolutionary pair, both good, and his suspicions and nomination got the Scarlet Woman killed!
At the end of the month, I visited a new group for Halloween, which included a costume party where I went as my classic Monk, and it was fun to see how different group play, the metas that have developed as well as being able to teach them a thing or two.
Online, I had some holidays so I got to play with some people I rarely get to, such as Kinky Joe, such a fun and welcoming bunch. The silliest game there was as the Imp, who, thanks to a Pit-Hag and a Poppygrower, only learnt a single minion when the Poppygrower ability left play (stupid Cannibal 😉 ).
Looking Forward
Some big in-person movements this month, with another Ren Faire. This one is the same one I did last year in the scenic and historic town of Ross. Following on from that I am doing some more of my own in person games, with the aim to grow the interest and player base locally.
Finally, I have all the usual content for you, with my Twitch and YouTube uploads as well as my appearances on all the various channels I love to play on. Keep a special eye on the Adventure Emporium as I will be showing them the joy and love that Teensyvilles can bring.
